Don Bodnar, founded D&D Systems in 1993 for the purpose of providing Best of Breed Telecommunications Engineering, Design and Project Management Services to its clients. In 1998, Don founded Trading Support Solutions (TSS) to provide Technical Engineering, Support and Project Management services to financial Trading Floors. In order to better capitalize on the resources of both entities and reduce administrative costs D&D Systems was merged with TSS in 2001 and the company was re-named Axiom Group.

Diane Ford, joined Axiom Group in 1999 bringing 15 years of accounting, human resources and tax planning experience to the company. Diane manages all aspects of financial operations, benefits planning and execution and employees tracking for Axiom Group. Axiom International and the newly formed Axiom Education. Diane acts as a direct liaison to the Axiom accounting firm used for tax planning and preparation and also to our legal counsel for any concerns relating to employee issues. Diane also executes all of the foreign currency exchange trades in our international customers. Prior to working to Axiom Group, Diane worked as a direct report to the CFO of IMA corporation (Information Management Association) IMA was a global provider of “Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
